Foundations of Embodied Voice
Starting October 31st, join me for an 8-week online course to unleash your most authentic voice.
Connect, gain confidence, and be amazed by your own power.
The world needs your voice now, more than ever.
You are a smart, visionary individual who knows your voice holds the potential to speak real change into existence.
You believe in the power of authentic expression and leading with integrity.
You have a lot to say but often find yourself waiting in the wings, getting cut off by someone louder than you, or missing your opportunity altogether.
And, public speaking kinda freaks you out!
Your heart races.
You can’t catch your breath.
You get a lump in your throat.
And the pressure to “get it right” makes you stiffen up and feel disingenuous.
Most public-speaking programs try to address these issues from the outside-in, through mindset strategy, physical posture and gesture, and vocal inflection techniques.
But these tools only work if they are supported by a foundation of self-trust developed from the INSIDE-OUT.
You are tired of feeling disappointed in yourself after meetings, difficult conversations or speaking engagements.
And why wouldn’t you be?
You have so much to say, share and offer.
What if there was a way to reliably center yourself and speak from a foundation of presence, authenticity and support?
To respond intentionally to discomfort rather than react every time you encounter it?
To not only share your power with your audience, but to experience it yourself, as you speak your message with genuine confidence?
Real talk? Here’s what developing GENUINE CONFIDENCE AND AUTHENTICITY in your leadership and communication is going to take.
Consistency and impact as an embodied communicator requires strong internal resources — your breath, sensation, resonance and articulation— the FOUNDATIONS that support your voice when nerves show up.
In Foundations of Embodied Voice, you will learn how to respond to discomfort with intention, establish a foundation of support from within, and shine as the leader you were meant to be!
Here’s how we do it:
We show up in community to support each other’s goals
We invite messiness, humanity and all of our beautiful imperfections into the process
We take play seriously and work together to wake up our inner child / artist
We engage with qualities in the voice and body that feel new, unfamiliar and even a little scary, with curiosity
We practice taking up space in a low-stakes environment as a rehearsal room and a spring-board into the bigger-stakes moments of our lives
We establish real, repeatable systems that we can rely on to support us when we leave class
We make bold choices
We practice being witnessed speaking courageously and with deep integrity
By the end of class, you’ll forget what it felt like to get nervous about speaking up - in fact, you’ll be itching for the next opportunity!
Maybe you’ve tried public speaking classes or workshops in the past.
Perhaps you joined a chapter of Toastmasters or someone came in to teach a series at work on effective communication.
It’s possible you connected with some of what you learned, but how much of it really stuck?
When you look back, can you confidently say that it transformed your experience of letting your voice be heard?
If the answer is YES, great!!! I’m so glad you found your experience beneficial and that you still made your way here, because the work can always go deeper.
But if the answer is NO, I’m especially glad you found your way here, because I can guarantee the OnVoice approach is different than anything you’ve tried before.

I am an actor, musician and Embodied Voice Coach based in Brooklyn, NY. I am a critical thinker, a deep feeler and a hardcore foodie. I like to consider myself bi-coastal, and can often be found visiting my family in Northern California, which still has a big piece of my heart.
I deeply value authenticity, creativity and community. In that respect, the centering goal of my work in the arts and in communication and leadership coaching is to nurture connection to the self and others through the power of the human voice.
As the founder of OnVoice Coaching & Consulting I support visionary leaders to cultivate authority and speak with confidence by getting out of their heads and into their bodies. Having received my MFA in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater, my coaching draws from Middendorf Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Alexander technique, Kristen Linklater and classical voice and actor training. Since 2020, I have mentored engineers, consultants, founders, politicians, entrepreneurs, creatives, educators and executives on resourcing their personal power to unleash their most authentic, impactful voice and create real change through their work.
It is my goal for everyone I work with to come away feeling more in tune with the voice of their inner teacher, and the ability to engage in self-inquiry, self-leadership and ultimately, self-trust.
